Administrator Posts: 1780 Joined: March 06, 2010	I really appreciate the ibrik link. The more I watch various video, I realize the variations are endless. One technique is to use a candle for heat! Supposedly worth the extra time. If there is zen in coffee, this is it. No profiles, no gauges. Thanks for the heads up. -Scott
