Cleaned Out the 'Ole Behmor
MassWineGuy
Today I opened up my Behmor and cleaned out the insides. A lot of dust and chaff collects all over the place, including in the air flow. It's not hard, if I can do it anyone can. I've only roasted once since, but it was with about 14 ounces of beans. It seemed to roast better in a shorter amont of time.

Word to the wise and unwise, alike: Clean out your roaster once in a while.
