Syngas Heated Coffee Roaster Experiment

Pounder Posts: 535 Joined: May 26, 2009	A few years ago I was pretty involved with wood gasification experiments. At one point I attempted to roast coffee beans with syngas generated from a wood gasifier I made. The end result was unfortunately not that good, mostly from the fact that I was attempting an open air roaster. Furthermore I had some mechical difficulties with a motor system I was using with the rather cumbersome open air drum setup I was using. But some of the techniques I used were pretty neat and possibly can be developed more by others that are interested in the techniques.
