Just joined the forum to learn.

I have been roasting a pound a week with a Behmor 1600 for some 15 years. I love my clever coffee dripper but also have a French press and a super automatic. All make a great cup of joe. I live in TX. My fave beans are from Indonesia. My wife and I have found that these beans are smooth with low acidity and minimal bitterness. I have roasted almost everything and keep a log. I am a frequent flyer on the Burman Coffee site and coffee bean direct site. Both of these sites have good service and I have never been disappointed with the beans. Looking forward to reviewing the threads, meeting new people and Happy New Year...
Welcome to Homeroasters! I've also had some very fine Indonesian coffee (Papua New Guinea). Let us know what Indo you find hits the mark.

Also, feel free to lend any Behmor tips you've found work well for you for others to try out.
