Newbie Posts: 1 Joined: January 04, 2021	Hi! I live north of Seattle, and began roasting about a week ago. Sick of the coffee out there being stale, and i won't pay latte stand prices. So far, my S450 is doing pretty well, and after reading here I experiment with different settings at different phases. The only question is my FC seems to be short--about 3 beans. Should I wait for more?
