Hi everyone,
I just started roasting coffee - first a pan, then a sifter over the stove, and most recently a Larry-Cotton-inspired wobble disk / heat gun roaster. I like making things, I like coffee, and I enjoy electronics, so a more complex DIY roaster seems to be in my future.

Looking forward to learning a lot from the community and sharing a few of my projects as they emerge.

Thank you. I'm already finding it super-useful. I'm trying to build a TC4-style roaster using a flour sifter, and a lot of my questions are finding answers in the forums.
