ugh... you folks in the US get all the good deals. They only have UPS shipping options effectively doubling the price and that's before duty and brokerage fees. Angry

New Monitoring Device rolled in the door yesterday, three channel logging and graphing capabilities. 2 ktype and one IR input. going to get it on the roaster this afternoon. Ill post some graphs hopefully before the weekends out.

pic is of the graphing capabilities of the software, The unit both records or by the power of the USB you can realtime record on the computer. both lines are thermocouples in the RC in different locations. 3 second sampling time.

http://www.tequip...gwodJhmMnA 249w/overnight shipping, Though I ordered it from a different company which was in my home state. It comes with the IR. I didn't add anything on. though the thermocouples are only rated to 480 and change, so I'm planning an upgrade on one, because I intend to monitor my incoming air.
