Blending SO Beans Before Roasting
ciel-007
I just bought a Gene Café roaster and am enjoying experimenting with it. If possible, I would like to come up with a straight forward procedure that would allow me to roast my favorite blend of beans in the simplest manner possible. More specifically, I would like to be able to roast a blend of SO beans any time I want (or need) to, with the least amount of manipulation of the controls on the roaster. I would like to know how many of you have tried pre-blending your roasts, how satisfied you are with the results, and what advice you might offer based on your experiences. Ciel

I can attest to folks being out and about. Me and Julie were out hitting the garden centers for loading flower pots all day. Nice weather! Tomorrow the Kamado/egg gets fired up! bbq
