Blending SO Beans Before Roasting
I just bought a Gene Café roaster and am enjoying experimenting with it. If possible, I would like to come up with a straight forward procedure that would allow me to roast my favorite blend of beans in the simplest manner possible. More specifically, I would like to be able to roast a blend of SO beans any time I want (or need) to, with the least amount of manipulation of the controls on the roaster. I would like to know how many of you have tried pre-blending your roasts, how satisfied you are with the results, and what advice you might offer based on your experiences. Ciel

Happy mug moved a couple of years ago. They were up in a few days. Maybe they need more space for the increased business!

I guess Happy Mug is shut down for a bit. I posted on Forum.

GaryatGala, the weather has been super mild in Ohio for this time of year, we have enjoyed the 60's last 2 days, and I think I have over 1/2 of my Xmas shopping done! Grin
