Viable coffee seeds.... I have heard that a few (very few) beans in green beans may germinate. I wonder if dry process would be better than washed.

Aaron, I think a heated, humidity controlled, tough shed roasting man-cave is going to be necessary for you to escape the elements!
I spent a few hours outside roasting today, the wind almost blew my beans away!
