Sure I'll do my best. You posted in the beginning.... "The notice will be sent to your HRO mailbox so you must check that your mailbox is set to receive a notice when you receive mail and that assumes that you have not changed your email address you have with HRO." Maybe I misunderstood? If a message goes to my PM box here on the site is a notification sent to my private e-mail that there is a PM waiting to be read? That's what I thought we were talking about. Thanks, Greg Well now........ that's not suppose to happen!

Greg: The idea of the notification is that you receive a PM correct; also true is that you receive an email in your regular email box that tells you you have received a PM from this forum. You have either changed your email since you joined or ? your system. There is no point to send/push a notice if you in fact cannot/do not know you are receiving it. You say you receive the PM's, does that mean you have to check here on the forum to know you have one or do you in fact get a notice in your email that you have received a PM. If you signed up and are logging in then our system is working. If you are not receiving your notice in your email then it is your settings at this point. hope this helps. ginny |

Also make sure you have email notification set to "yes" under Private messages. Private Messages ---> options (top right) ----> notify me via email when I receive a new PM set to "yes". Save. Edited by JackH on 11/15/2011 7:47 PM ---Jack

Ok well it must be something on my side then. The settings are correct thanks JHan816. PM's I got but no e-mail notifications. It's the same address nothing has changed. I tried to re-enter it, we'll see if that helps. Guess I'll just have to check in here everyday ;) Well now........ that's not suppose to happen!

Yes only here on the forum Ginny. When I log into this site I can read them. But the site does not send notifications to the e-mail address that I have registered with the site. Is it suppose to or am I babbling? Well now........ that's not suppose to happen!
