Administrator Posts: 3858 Joined: February 23, 2010	Here's a couple in Colorado not far from me who roast their own and can do a great job of keeping quality first: The one that got me turned into a coffee fanatic in the early 80's. http://brewingmar...-colorado/ They roasted in the shop and after tasting their liquid gold roasted in a Probat L12 and brewed through some of the older style Fetco's I just had to find a way to roast at home. Their roastmaster was kind enough to give me pointers on getting a good roast in small batches. Another one who does a great job and roasts in-house: http://ozocoffee.... 1/2 lb and 1 lb drum, Siemens Sirocco fluidbed, presspot, chemex, cajun biggin brewer from the backwoods of Louisiana
