I'm looking into buying some more coffee and this sounds interesting: Rwanda Fully Washed "A" Inzovu The rep said, "Rwanda is a very nice cup. Similar to a Kenya, but more relaxed, not as frisky. Like treating a Kenya to a spa day. Medium body and acidity. Nice sweetness with red raspberry flavor." There's another review on the net that gives it orange and vanilla. Raspberry, orange and vanilla would be a nice combo. I would have about 80 pounds available. If there's a little interest I'll go ahead. CHAD Roaster: CoffeeAir II 2# DIY air roaster

Check with the rep. about any history with the lot and having found the "potato" defect in it and if so how common. A bug gets into the mucilage and taints the bean. If not culled before processing it can't be detected or culled until it taints the cup. That said Rwandan coffees are one of my very favorites. The best of all things africa in one bean.

Whoa! My wife has had the full-blown flu last couple of days so I've been spotty replying to threads. I didn't realize there would be this much interest. I may do two bags... 190 pounds or so? CHAD Edited by seedlings on 01/27/2012 9:14 AM Roaster: CoffeeAir II 2# DIY air roaster
