Popper cooldown?
Lawnmowerman
I have a poppery 2 unmodified except for bending the thermostat so it stays on. Use it for anything too small for my bread machine. Do i have to let it cool down to room temp before another roast? Would anything catastrophic occur with the popper if i did back to back roasts?
Bad coffee prevails when good coffee roasters stand by and do nothing.

Nothing catastrophic. I would let it cool for a minute or two just to get the high heat out of there. Usually I would preheat the popper for the first roast anyway. I found that by the time I dumped the beans, and git everything straight for the next batch it was already cool enough.
