I'll only go as far as to say water is required to brew coffee, and if the water tastes bad, it can't help the coffee.

I live in West Tennessee. We don't have mountains. We don't have an ocean. We don't have much here at all that I could brag on, however, we do have some of the best water on the planet........pretty much straight from the ground with very basic treatment.
