Sounds delicious! Except for the 2 cups heavy cream, 1 cup half-and-half, 2/3 cup sugar, 3 Tbsp. carob powder, 6 egg yolks at room temperature, 1/2 cup almonds And the amount of mezcal is too little and should be measured by the glass instead of tablespoons... ![]() Respect the bean.
