Dan Track two temperature probes remotely on your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch or Android device via Bluetooth. Set multiple alarms and log temperature data. Designed for industry, science and food processors; the BlueTherm Duo reads two commercial thermocouples for better accuracy, wider range and longer probe survival than consumer-grade devices. Choose from hundreds of Type K thermocouple designs. http://www.thermo...blue-intro I have their Thermopen. It's fast reading display means I can read the center temperature of a steak in 2 seconds. Extremely well made, and it is calibrated with two points, not the typical one. 1 pound electric sample roaster, 3 pound direct-flame roaster, both handmade; modified Mazzer Mini grinder, LaSpaziale Vivaldi II automatic espresso machine. When the electricity goes out I make vacpot coffee from beans ground on my Zassenhaus hand grinder, and heat the water with a teakettle on the gas range.

1/4 Pounder Posts: 75 Location: New Zealand Joined: June 23, 2014	I have one of these in use on my 4kg roaster paired with the Roastmaster App on my iPad. Its really well made, super robust I've had zero problems. It took 2 minutes to hook it up to Roastmaster on my iPad and boom, all systems go in a tidy well made unit..... My only wish is more with the Roastmaster app, while its great, I wish there was a "lite" version that cut out all the bean inventory stuff and concentrated more on the awesome graphing and simplified curves recall/and a ghost roasting process..
