Here is the roast I just completed. It is 5 lbs of green, 50% Sumatra, 50% Colombia and is roasted right up to, but not into second crack. 550 F thermal bean mass according to where I have my thermocouple placed.

Do you use this roaster outside or in your garage? I'm really wanting to move from my bread machine/heat gun setup to something like this, but am conflicted on propane vs electric, since I don't know much about either. I'd prefer electric, but only because my dad has a lot of experience with that kind of stuff.
Too bad there are no more pictures and video valid to see of this build... :(
