I trying another 2 cups at 200 for 45 min

I have a questions.. im trying to experiment with riasting.. i roasted 3 cup of nicaraguan at 200 degrees for 1 hr and 30 min.. is that to long?

First Roast - With my Grandma
Koffee Kosmo
Over 45 years ago when I was a little nipper
I watched and helped grandma roast coffee in the traditional way in a frypan over a charcoal fire ( Similar to the photo of an Ethiopian lady below )

I then progressed to gas hob and pot (have made posts regarding this method)
Then I designed my first DIY roaster build

And the Koffee Kosmo roaster was born

I have shots of my Great Grandmother "Dutchie" roasting on the balcony, on Post Street, in San Francisco shortly before the huge Quake...

in an old iron fry pan.

they said Dutchie made coffee that could stand up by itself...
