A reminder that Jonas is 15 hours ahead of us so he may not respond in a matter of minutes but overnight - thanks...
Hello all builders and roasters at HRO. We are going to have the opportunity to discuss alongside the designer/ manufacture of a new home coffee roaster the what, why and how come of building their roaster.
I am speaking of the Aillio Bullet Roaster. It is being designed and engineered by their team in Copenhagen.

This is a new roaster that is not quite ready for prime time, not being shipped out to all the crazy home roasters yet. But very soon...
Jonas and I have talked about his discussing some of his ideas with our membership.
HRO has not done this type of forum before though we believe it will be a valuable experience for both Jonas and our membership. I hope all of you enjoy the activity that will be going on here and please feel free to participate by posting your thoughts and questions for Jonas.
The next post, most likely tomorrow morning, will be from Jonas and then we will open the forum. Thanks for your patience.
We trust you will enjoy talking to Jonas and fielding questions back and forth.
