Hi all HR.O , I used to drink coffee but didn't actually knew, like many people, what is the story. I didn't get to roasting until I got myself a Baratza grinder, Jan. this year,2014 . That was said, find the freshly roasted coffee. Reading about that leaded me to home roasting. The popcorn popper was my start. In three months, I tried 5 types and modified some of them. The Presto PopLite gave me a better results but the lack of control bothered me. The last attempt of modification was with the Presto and it got me good! I ended up with 20 minutes real baked beans! I stopped playing with the poppers and stuck with the stove top roaster that gives me a decent roast every time. It is my roaster now tel I finish building my Bake a Round soon and join the club of fluid bed roasters. ![]() Mohammad G.
