TC4C First Roast

Newbie Posts: 43 Joined: May 29, 2014	Well as usual I cannot do things half way. Did 10 roasts with the new Hottop and then instrumented the roaster with a TC4C setup. i did screw up the replacement of the back panel a bit so my first roast saw some smoke leaking around the edges versus transiting through the fan filter. Also the roast ran a lot faster than I expected so will tweak it a bit for round two. great to be able to see and chart temps.
