Gas, electric, minimum/maximum batch size, fluidbed, drum or other preferred. If electric, 120v only or 220/240 ok? Good luck with the hunt! Allen 1/2 lb and 1 lb drum, Siemens Sirocco fluidbed, presspot, chemex, cajun biggin brewer from the backwoods of Louisiana

1/4 Pounder Posts: 68 Joined: September 12, 2013	Thanks for the suggestions, allenb! I am looking for an electric roaster (120V), that is either a fluid bed or a drum. Batch Size: Maximum ~ 250 grams Roaster can be gently or heavily used. I am just looking for one that functions!

The US Hottop site provides an excellent trouble-shooting guide, and sells any replacement parts that might be needed to return this roaster to duty. Brenn, if your feeling somewhat adventurous, there might possibly be a buying opportunity here. Take a peek!
