At an altitude of 7200' ASL and with <10% humidity from 1C to 2C goes fast ...can be just a blink of the eye. Here's roasting station in between 1C and 2C posed to hit the cool down button. SteveG

Neat man cave Steve. ![]() What part of the house is the roastery? What size batches normally? Looks like the kind of roastery that says to anyone who is contemplating having a go at roasting that this is entirely doable at home given some space, bench space and storage. Thanks for posting. Another member of the KKTO rider's club, together with coretto, FZ-RR700 Baby Roaster and a sad sack of less than 20 kilograms of greens.
