Mile-High Roasting
SteveG
At an altitude of 7200' ASL and with <10% humidity from 1C to 2C goes fast ...can be just a blink of the eye. Here's roasting station in between 1C and 2C posed to hit the cool down button.

Neat man cave Steve. ThumbsUp
What part of the house is the roastery?
What size batches normally?
Looks like the kind of roastery that says to anyone who is contemplating having a go at roasting that this is entirely doable at home given some space, bench space and storage.
Thanks for posting.
