I roasted a pound of El Salvador Finca La Providencia, in two separate 1/2 pound roast. The first I stopped after FC, and the second I stopped right before SC. The acidity is the fist thing that you taste, and it finishes with a more roasty molasses, caramelized brown sugar flavor. It's a nice flavor, bu there is no fruitiness what so ever. I wish I had another pound on hand, just to try stopping before FC, or the start of FC. Has anyone else roasted this bean, and what have your results been?
