I've never seen anyone using a bread machine but know a lot of people do it. I see one modification I would have to try right off the bat. I would make me a cover with a piece of steel tubing in one corner going in at an angle to just a couple inches above the beans for the heat gun to go in, and a large enough hole in the opposite corner for an exhaust port. I think this would give you much better heat. Might not, but it's surely something I would have to try if I was doing that. |
