Anyone know some Panama City hot spots?
CharcoalRoaster
My wife just surprised me with a spring break trip to Panama to celebrate my 30th birthday. We're flying in/out of Panama City and staying most of the week on Bocas del Toro.

First time to Panama City - anyone have any suggestions on coffee spots to check out?

Hacienda La Esmeralda, located in Boquete on the slopes of the Bar? Volcano in Western Panama and owned by the Peterson Family.

Been there several years ago. Flew in from David. You shouldn't have any trouble finding a coffee farm or bananas in Bocas del Toro area. Simply talk to the locals about it. I would try to find greens at the local market also.

I wasn't aware it was a tourist location.

Not really a tourist destination but my wife and I aren't your normal tourists. We found an eco lodge b&b on Bocas. Pretty excited to search for some greens beach

IMO you can Skip Bocas. Plenty of other nice places in Panama.
Always learning
