1/4 Pounder Posts: 177 Joined: October 06, 2015	OK turtle, you win. Actually, since I brew 20 oz in the morning I do have a question re: the TV KBT 741. Some say that I can move the slider to 1/2 on the basket and that is what you do for 1/2 a pot. Others say that TV should only be used with a full pot, as it wants 5 to 6 minutes to brew. A half pot will not take this much time. So, I wonder what is correct. The web is full of people who say they never brew a full pot and it is still great. "If it Ain't Broke, Fix it 'til it is"!

It just taste like coffee to me. . edit, quote unnecessary... The same coffee ground the same but made in a cone, modified cone, or flat bottom filter will taste completely different to me BUT... It still tastes like coffee, just different tasting coffee Both are pretty nice. It is a coin toss. If you use good fresh coffee you can't go wrong with either choice edit, quotes not needed... . 1/4 Pounder Posts: 177 Joined: October 06, 2015	...and I do have the choice of just keeping the French Press that I have been using for years. The TV and Bonavita are expensive for a kind of pourover system! My coffee is fresh as I roast it myself. "If it Ain't Broke, Fix it 'til it is"!
