too much crema?
Been roasting and pulling some pretty nice shots on my Gaggia Espresso lately but was laughing the other day thinking to myself - is there such a thing as TOO much crema??? The pic was after the crema settled a bit too woohoo

No this was an SO Honduran natural
I can do a 36 gram shot of SO Brazilian from 18 grams of grounds and it won't have a 1/4" of liquid coffee in the bottom of a shot glass.
there is NEVER TOO MUCH, it can fade away quickly so enjoy it while you can...
