Digirosto PRO 1500 Replacement Halogen Bulb
Chemtrails Antedote
Hello,

I am looking for a replacement halogen bulb for my Digirosto Pro 1500.

Here is what I am looking for: https://greenbean...er-p-12867

I am unable to find this anywhere, short of buying QTY 25 of what looks like a similar spec'd bulb on Alibaba.

Does anyone have any leads or suggestions?

Thank you!

Finding a similar U-shaped halogen or non-halogen IR emitter that will have the same diameter, width and length as the original will be very difficult if not impossible. I scanned lots of sources as I'm sure you did as well and no luck unless you are willing to do a custom quantity order.

If you are able to roll up the ole sleeves and do a little sawing, bending and grinding, I would avoid the halogen short wavelength and have one of these medium wavelength units custom flame bent into a U shape to the width you need and fabricate a sheet metal holder to mount into your Digirosto:

http://www.quartz.../PROC.html

If they can't bend it then take the one you buy from them and have a local scientific glass shop or your favorite university glass blowing shop flame bend into a U shape. This won't cost much.

The nice thing about this type of non-halogen IR heater is it's a much more efficient IR wavelength and will last longer than the roaster which can't be said of the halogen types.

All you'll need to do is fab a sheet metal holder similar to the one on the factory model and then fab a sheet metal piece that extends out to support the weight of the U end.

Let us know what you end up doing.
