Hello, quick question: does anyone have experience using Roastlogger software's OCR function with the Gene Caf?? I would like to do it but I think that the way the GC displays info might be problematic. Since it always displays target temp and then actual temp, that would screw up the log I guess... Taken from Roastlogger's PDF manual: "Using the OCR function, RoastLogger can read either one or two temperatures and log the data simultaneously, in real time, as the roast progresses. This gives you instant feedback that you can use to control the roast. It frees you from the drudgery of hand-collecting data and lets you concentrate on what is important- the coffee!" See this image taken from Roastlogger manual: Thanks, Phil |
