I just noticed these brewers have the glass carafe with the new pre-infusion option. BonaVita replied to my query of the added glass carafe setup with the pre-infusion option. Quote Yes, there are three models available. I've included links below. http://bonavitawo...ming-plate http://bonavitawo...late-8-cup http://bonavitawo...late-8-cup --------------

Glad to hear that they've incorporated the pre-infuse feature on a few models. They make a great little brewer! Allen 1/2 lb and 1 lb drum, Siemens Sirocco fluidbed, presspot, chemex, cajun biggin brewer from the backwoods of Louisiana

I wouldn't swap a TV for a Bonavita personally. They are a good value but IMHO the TV is a better quality machine. I've known a number of people have them fail.

George Howell Coffee, a roaster I admire, uses only BonaVita in their roasting (brewing) shop. A row of 'many'.
