Upgrade to "K" thermocouple
If you have upgraded to the "K" thermocouple, what was the improvement you saw in temperature accuracy?


If you are talking about upgrading from the button type thermometer to the K type thermocouple, you will also need to change the control panel and the back wall of the roaster.

I don't think that the difference would be worth the expense and disassembly/reassembly required.
