Just got signed on here and saw your post. I'm in Wilson County; work in Nashville. I've been home-roasting for six months. I've roasted about 60 pounds in that time. Still got a lot to learn.

I think there are alot more than you realize.

I live in South Nashville, but am moving to SC in two weeks. I've been trying to get the local homebrew shop, All Seasons, to carry green coffee beans and a roaster.

Would have liked to have a club to learn from around here. I still haven't gotten my RK drum started up, just doing the I-roast thing.

Hi - I just joined today and live in Nashville. I've been roasting for a while. I put my whole setup in the New Members thread.

Great to know there's a local group of roasters.

Hey outside Columbia and Spring Hill. Been roasting year and half, loved coffee all my life. I did a newbie post under introductions, so you can check that out. Wally Hebert, Louisiana native. currently roasting with gene and small quantities of various greens.
