Alternative base for a "Turbo Crazy"?
ranfea
Hey all,

I'd like to make a roaster based on the Turbo Crazy design, but want to use my own motor for the bottom.

Is there a type of dish or bottom container you can recommend, which has a good bottom area and flatness?

I like it. So it looks like a Chinese colander and a soup pot act as the main containers. Does this model look alright for the main roasting container?

Yes that can be used for small batches - If you want larger batches you will need a deeper colander
Also make sure it has some thickness so it does not flex in the heat

Just follow the build instructions

Or read on to Version 2 and use a pasta pot set
