Great to hear from you, dfluke! Topeka, aaah yes... PT's coffee. Great stuff. I find it amazing that we have two very highly renown (on coffeereview.com anyway) roasters within 50 miles from each other... PT's in Topeka and The Roasterie in KC. Are you going to let us in on any of your ideas? Who knows... one of us may have insight... or ... I'm sure someone here has messed up a very similar idea in the past!!!  Isn't the best way to learn... messing up? CHAD |

I worked in your area for about 4 years, and man it's been a looooong time since I had some Dixon's chili or all-you-can-eat tacos... 40hwy & Staduim Dr. I wonder if they're even still there.
