Bix burners

If you're looking for a simple burner for smallish roasters take a look at the range of BIX burners.
I'm using the 5 5/8" x2" one, get the extra pipe work because the little needle valve makes things simple to hook up.
I've machined an adapter that screws into the needle valve to which I've got a hose and regulator & LPG bottle connected so I don't need to use the camp stove gas canisters.

It can easily bring 500g roasts under control in under 12-14 min

A model steam place in the UK hooked me up all the bits i.e burner, needle valve and some jets to play with...
