Why is it when I charge my machine the temps don't even come close to 120f? Is it because of the amount being roasted?

mkane - How did these roasts taste to you? It looks like they are very short. Your Maillard phase is 2:00 or less on every one of these roasts. If I were strictly looking at profiles, I would say those cups would taste very bright, acidic and thin (no body), possibly underdeveloped and grassy. Your Development Time Ratios look really nice, and your drying times look about right. So I would be curious about your evaluation of these in the cup. I know its been a while since you posted these up... |

I know its been a while since you posted these up... You nailed it. Not very good . We've come a long way since then. Nice on the nose It smells like coffees sweet and a bit nutty
