Upgrade for basement roasting

I used to roast on the kitchen's stovetop using old friend Kaldi. Happy times!
Unfortunately (family...) had to move to the basement, where after some preparations including ventillation (the building is from 1905) I was able to conduct test roasts.
But an upgrade is inevitable. Main reason - it is dangerous and illegal to store gas (propane-butane) tank under the ground level. I installed small one just to try with Kaldi if the roastery down there is possible (venting, neighbours, etc). Fortunately, it seems that it is :)
Now, I need an electric 220V roaster.
That is main thing.
Second, the price - would be nice if cost less than Aillio Bullet (including circa 20% of EU taxes if imported).
Batch size 500g would be nice.
I roast mostly singles in the scandinavian manner (noticed the poster? ;))
Is the Bullet really the only choice for me out there? I asked some alibaba companies for the prices of their nice looking roasters (Bideli, Dalian etc) they all are more expensive than Bullet.
Mercury Roaster unfortunately won't ship to Europe.
Do you guys have any advice?
