Greetings, new member here. I've been roasting on a Behmor 1600. Put in a little more than 100 roasts and then work and life got too crazy. Now a few years later just upgraded to the Plus panel but still not satisfied with the control. |

I use a variac, and a killawatt with the roaster set to p5 and control the roaster via power and time. |

Thanks for the reply. Maybe I should get a variac, my killawat says 117.8 during roast but I can't get higher than 259 at 100% power according to the B button on the panel. Roasting outside no breeze 70f. Today I tried to intentionally burn some decaf and couldn't. |
