I have a questions.. im trying to experiment with riasting.. i roasted 3 cup of nicaraguan at 200 degrees for 1 hr and 30 min.. is that to long?

Newbie Posts: 8 Joined: March 22, 2019 Location: Los Angeles, CA.	Greetings, new member here. I've been roasting on a Behmor 1600. Put in a little more than 100 roasts and then work and life got too crazy. Now a few years later just upgraded to the Plus panel but still not satisfied with the control.

Maybe I should get a variac, my killawat says 117.8 during roast but I can't get higher than 259 at 100% power according to the B button on the panel. Roasting outside no breeze 70f. Today I tried to intentionally burn some decaf and couldn't.
