If you're talking about design, then my conception of those ideals may differ from yours, but I like functional, and reliable machines. The simpler - the better. Like, nothing beats the simple French press. Add ground coffee, add hot water, push the thingie down. Tastes better that way too. If you're talking about electronic parts, then I suppose we should discuss commercial machines as they're more advanced than regular ones. For instance, Nuova we have at job. On my way to become a master roaster.
