I'm just getting back into roasting after some time with the Behmor packed away. I'm very much a newbie to roasting and here to learn about more about the art.

I've got myself familiar with the basic use of the Behmor (1600 Plus) next step (I think) is to work on the profiles - but I don't even know what I'm trying to achieve yet.

There appears to be a wealth of information on here so will be wading through it all before asking questions!

Cheers
