Preferred Control Method Fluid Bed Roaster
CK
The second in a series of polls looking for long term feedback on what a typical home roaster would prefer for a hobbyist fluid bed roaster control format. There's no right or wrong, just individual preferences.

I selected 'Manual or Artisan controlled via USB to PC' however my 'PC' is a Raspberry Pi within my controller box.

Thanks Greencardigan. Hopefully I can learn to integrate your setup with the new build I'm working on. Ideally, I'd love to have a roaster with Artisan capability through an Android OS or PC via USB.

What "Artisan controlled via WIFI" method exists?
I am a bit behind with Artisan advancement, do we have any MQTT implementation, or elsewhere ?

I'm doing sane as @green BUT with a twist. I'm posting build pictures as we go. We're starting electronics day 1 of 3 tomorrow. Did a few bench tests over the weekend and so far looks good. More electronics than the Apollo 11 lol

Artisan has a Modbus TCP support. My implementation of a coffee roaster uses Modbus TCP library on esp32 board and I have a remote control over WiFi.
