Ideally, I'd love to have a roaster with Artisan capability through an Android OS or PC via USB.

1/4 Pounder Posts: 54 Joined: May 31, 2019	I'm doing sane as @green BUT with a twist. I'm posting build pictures as we go. We're starting electronics day 1 of 3 tomorrow. Did a few bench tests over the weekend and so far looks good. More electronics than the Apollo 11 lol

My implementation of a coffee roaster uses Modbus TCP library on esp32 board and I have a remote control over WiFi.
