I have a questions.. im trying to experiment with riasting.. i roasted 3 cup of nicaraguan at 200 degrees for 1 hr and 30 min.. is that to long?

Newbie Posts: 10 Joined: October 09, 2019 Location: Near Rochester, NY	I'm not roasting yet... My brother has been home roasting for 20+ years and I think I'll be roasting soon too. Looking to stay small and simple. Coffee consumption: Drip machine, pour-over and Espresso. I bought a Niche Zero grinder last December and it re-kick started my coffee bug. Regards, John

Newbie Posts: 10 Joined: October 09, 2019 Location: Near Rochester, NY	The Niche Zero grinder has been great so far. I adjust the grind up & down, and have great repeatability. Some of the coffee we drink need super fine grinding to a very coarse grind (espresso, drip machine, pour over wave, Walkure and french press). Roasted my first 6 ounces of Sumatra decafe beans and I am very pleased with the results and with the Fresh Roast SR800
