Christmas Blends
mjseibert84
Hello,

I am looking to buy a few different coffees this Christmas season to experiment with creating a nice "Christmas Blend." I've read some general info on Sweet Marias and other sites about blending basics to get me started. Has anyone made their own Christmas or Holiday blend? What where your components (bean type, percentage, roast level of each, what flavor profile). I am roasting with a 1500W West Bend Popper. Thanks!

I saw an aged Sumarra used on it's own as a Christmas coffee because of the spiced notes but you would have to like a bolder coffee.

Others add flavorings to the beans.
