I have been trying Scott Rao Hario V60 pourover this week. 1:17 and blooming with 2 parts water the first 45 seconds then splitting the rest into 2 pours. A little stirring is included. We like it.

My brew ratio is 1:17 (exactly 59.5 g/L). That's roughly 8.5g per 5-oz cup.

I'm looking to hire someone to teach/help me to find the best roast profile for the 3 types of coffee that grow on my farm in nicaragua. I live in LA, but but could go anywhere in so cal with my Behmor for a roasting lesson. Please contact me if you're in

When your wife thinks 30 grams for a 6 cup setting is strong, you learn to drink muddy water when you are making coffee for both of you.

I use a rule of thumb of 60 grams per liter. 8 cups (1 liter, 32 oz) = 60 grams, 6 cups (3/4 liter, 24 oz) = 45 grams. 10 cups = 75 grams 12 cups = 90 grams

Logging In
Why do I have to keep logging in every couple of days or every day?
It happens for me when I clear cookies. Make sure you also check the box to stay logged in.

I don't clear cookies or do anything, it just doesn't keep me logged in. I check the box, every time, every couple days lol. It has always done this.cross fingers
What are you using for a browser?
You might also try clearing your cache if you haven't already tried it.

It happens to me also. I have to log in every few days. I thought it might have been when I accessed the site from my other devices but I'm not sure.

Using Chrome on PC and MAC and Android and always check the keep me logged in option.
I sent a message to Netrix, our site administrator.
It does happen to me too but after weeks.

Thanks for letting us know.

Do you check the box to stay logged in?

"I wish I could taste as well as I wish I could roast."

As Abraham Lincoln said "Do not trust everything you read on the internet".
We have been doing that.
Every once in a while for me, more often for others, we are logged out.

Looking into it...
