Hi everyone! First time posting here. I love berry forward roasts of Ethiopian coffees and I’ve been trying to achieve this with the Behmor for the past 4 years without much success. Anyone out there that knows how to do it? Thanks! |

Have you ever tried coffee cupping All flavour descriptions of coffee are noted by using coffee cupping This is an industry standard and I suggest that you find a local roaster that has cupping classes to attend KK I home roast and I like it. Designer of the KKTO

Hi KK, thanks for the response. Yes I have tried cupping. But that wasn’t what I was asking about. Has anyone here used the Behmor to roast an Ethiopian coffee that resulted in a berry forward flavor profile? How did you achieve that roast with the Behmor? I know individual coffees will roast differently, but I’m looking for a good starting point. Thanks! |
