Ending ror
What is a standard ror at the end of a roast? I've had my drum show anything from 5 to 15 when I drop. Just curious as to what you all see?
Not below 8? F if things are going well. 30/20/10? are finishing temps each phase

I'm not using a drum but my last roast phase 400F to drop I keep ror around 9F/min

you mean jumping randomly in the 5-15 range during development?
...or, entering with 5 now, and 15 next roast ?

If the first, I would check the BT probe, how well is immersed into beans mass, and get as little air as possible
If second, how do you control roast power = burner/heater?
