Behmor 1600 Plus will not heat up

Newbie Posts: 1 Joined: December 25, 2020	Hi, I've had a Behmor 1600 Plus for about a year and a half and it will no longer heat up. I had this problem a few months ago and the solution was to clean the area around the sensor thoroughly. Since then, I've cleaned the roaster regularly, although, I have to admit, I do not do the dry-burn every 5 roasts as the manual recommends. I do a thorough cleaning every two-three weeks. I have thoroughly cleaned he inside of the roaster and tried several times to start a roasting cycle but it will not heat up. Everything else seems to work fine and there is no error code displayed. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Any suggestions as to what the problem may be? Thanks.
