I have a questions.. im trying to experiment with riasting.. i roasted 3 cup of nicaraguan at 200 degrees for 1 hr and 30 min.. is that to long?

Newbie Posts: 1 Joined: January 12, 2021 Location: Cumming, GA.	Hello everybody. I am a home based roaster based out of Cumming, Ga. I have been roasting bean for about 15 years. Started on stove top and a ladle. I then moved to a Nesco. From there i went to heat gun bread maker. I recently purchased an RK drum 12 lber. I love this drum roaster. I am having issues with cooling the beans and getting rid of chaff. That is why I joined this forum.
