I started my journey about a year ago and used a popcorn machine. Since then i've increased my batch size by using this setup. Its just the basics, Window wiper motor, Utensil drum, Heat gun, Cooling sieve with a desk fan blowing upwards. All pivots so that the gun can swing away allowing for the drum to come forward and tip the beans into the cooling tray. Recently i've started on a 650g project. Do not use "preview reply", just post reply. Keep the image filename simple and without spaces. Only use allowed file types (see list where you select attachment) I usually downsize the photo using paint 800X800 works well and does not take long to display.
